Check in experience was a disaster the clerk was rude and offered no help. I have a service dog but I don’t have “the original document” but I printed it myself straight from the ESA website after I got a doctors note saying I am disabled I have the handicapped id issued from the state of Louisiana. I have a handicapped placard as well. As seen in previous reviews this property is NOT UP TO DATE ON THEIR ESA ANIMAL POLICY. This was where we stayed when for our Louisville stop. Not the greatest location, it wasn’t really walkable to much, but it was right off the highway. The onsite restaurant, Fuzzy’s was good however, with great service, and had really good breakfast sandwiches. They did seem to be running out of a lot of things while we were there though. Check-in was a little weird, the one guy seemed to not be up on service dog policy. Overall, good stay. Quiet and clean. Nice gym.
Was trapped in the elevator for an hour and 15 minutes was not compensated
