Rooms are clean. The lobby was nice. Plenty of parking. Breakfast is typical hotel breakfast with a single waffle maker, eggs, potatoes, fruit, oatmeal etc. There is a mall across the street. You are able to walk to stores and resturants. Staff at check in and in the evening were pleasant. However had a problem at check out. Did speak to the general manager after I arrived home. Very bad experience, even the most basic touches of comfort are missing. Paid a big amount for a terrible service. It’s disappointing and shameful that Hilton has fallen to this level.” Check the room for missing items before booking, so you can get what you want easily.
