We had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Chattanooga Downtown! The location is unbeatable — right next door to the Creative Discovery Museum, which was so convenient with our family, plus walking distance to the aquarium, restaurants, and the riverfront. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with plenty of space for all of us. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Polite staff. Parking can be tricky. Well maintained. Pillows are not supportive but bed was comfy.
Never got a call back abs was turned for for an upgrade even though I Wawa a diamond member. Was told over the phone diamond members need to pay for their upgrades at this property. The diamond desk even made a call on our behalf. I will not ever go back to this property.
