We really enjoyed our stay and Sergio was awesome! The whole staff was great. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I feel that the food thru room service could be of better quality and portion size.
Awesome stay for our weekend trip!! Brenden, Monce, and Candi were exceptionally helpful. We'll be back!!
Wonderful crew, good rooms, good downtown atmosphere
Customer service here is top notch. All the staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful. Room was clean, breakfast was pretty decent, and location was great. Only thing I could complain about is the parking is shared with the children’s museum next door so a few times I had to circle the block for 10 minutes or idle in the lot until someone left. Not a massive inconvenience as I used to parking in downtown Chicago, but it’s definitely annoying as a hotel.
