I love, decent and clean rooms. The breakfast is great!
Room was a little dated, but clean. some burnt out light bulbs, etc. Ice machine unplugged and not working on our floor (2nd) We stayed in the king 1br suite, and it was very similar to what you'd see at an embassy suites. Upon arrival there were no luggage carts, friendly staff confirmed they had sent a worker to look on every floor and couldn't find one. Walkway to the coliseum was handy. Would stay again if I was going back there for something in the future.
I’ve never stayed here, but whenever I’m in the area, I’d love to sneak into the lobby and help myself to their free coffee. They haven’t caught onto me yet, or if they have, they haven’t said anything and they’re pretty chill about it. Even though I’ve never stayed there, the place is very clean and the staff is super friendly.
Starting with the pros everything was pretty clean when we arrived. Breakfast was pretty good and the wait staff was very nice. The guy that drives the shuttle was very nice. There was a storm when we first arrived and the manager on duty was very nice. Since the elevator was down, he carried our luggage up the stairs to our room. Now for the cons.
