Everything was as expected except the digital key. It was reset several times and still didn't operate properly.
Rooms are dated. Location is marginal. Service here is unacceptable. Needed to do some laundry. Laundry wouldn’t open with room key card. Front desk told me he couldn’t help I would have to walk around and find a cleaning lady to open. I did manage to find a cleaning lady (who was very helpful). Then there is no change machine in laundry room. I walked back to front desk for change and was informed they couldn’t charge change to my room and they didn’t have enough change to break my bill.
