Enjoyed my stay. Very clean, and Adryan was great. I would stay here again.
My review is based off of my experience. The rooms were cool and the property was fine and Elise was a pleasure to encounter. I checked in on the Hilton Honors app and got a digital key because I had a long day and wasn't sure when I would be arriving to the hotel. I checked in to the app at around 2:40p on 09/05 into room 431, which was a king bed room. I recieved a notification from the app at 5:20p that my room was ready. Great place to stay in Austin. Clean and safe. Didn't see the reason to charge for parking. Not a urban or resort. There were soccer stadium Parkers should be ways to monitor them.
Had a great stay thanks to Kristian at the breakfast bar. She was super helpful and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. Even helped me grab a box so I could carry my food up comfortably. She was so sweet and friendly the whole time. The kitchen staff were also really nice. I’d definitely come back just for the awesome service Kristian gave.
