the room tv didnt work had to change rooms. Next morning no iron board took 30 minutes to get one and no lotion. Things have really changed and you have to pay for parking with no option for free self parking.
Great Stay, But Disappointed by Unjustified Charges I had an overall good experience at this hotel — the room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was excellent for everything I needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the amenities were as advertised. However, I was very disappointed to find an unexpected charge for bottled water that I neither requested nor consumed. Awful, miserable, incompetent property ! No bar or food service, Pillows are pathetic, no cleaning service or refresh of coffee station in my room ! Go to a Marriott !! At least they understand guest service. Diamond level at Hilton means… NOTHING!!!
