I called twice and spoke to Andrea (10/28 and again at 7am on 10/29) to confirm I could check in early since I was traveling over an hour for a medical board exam, which I told her over the phone (remember this). Both times I was told it wouldn’t be a problem and to come after 10:30am When I arrived at 10:45, Andrea said the room wasn’t ready and asked me to return in 30 minutes. The hotel does not meet the usual quality standards expected from Hilton. The pool is located in an awkward spot—guests checking in can easily see people swimming, which feels uncomfortable. The staff were unprofessional, even eating food while checking me in. Breakfast was not included in the stay.
