Worst worst experience ever. Someone tried to enter my room in the middle of the night, and unlocked the room with a keycard, good thing I had the other latch on, when I yelled heyyy they ran away. Complained to the hotel and mind you I’m a diamond member, they said there’s no cameras on the whole floor, so we can’t help u. They could have checked who used the key card, but these people refused to help. The bathroom doors have black mold, the carpet is so old and worn out, the toilet seat was left dirty. Do not stay here, there are better competitors in the area. General Manager James Gabriel is a horrible communicator, he doesn't return phone calls nor emails. He is never at the facility to be present for guest needs or phone calls. He promised me a 10% discount for having bug/insects in my bathroom and low balled me a 4% discount. I tried contacting him plenty of times and attempts, but be he is never in the hotel. You can't catch him in the mornings or evenings. Future potential customers be aware.
I’m leaving this review because while my issue was eventually corrected financially, the overall customer service experience was disappointing. I prepaid for a two-night stay, but upon arrival I was charged an additional $141 that staff initially could not explain. I was told at checkout the charge would be refunded, but weeks passed with no refund and multiple conflicting explanations from staff. 10% OFF WITH DOG POOP! I checked in late at night and the next morning discovered dried dog poop in my "premium king" room! Front Desk's first response was to ask if it was still there(?!). They said they would take 10% off my bill - no offer to change my room. My bathroom reeked from the toilet seat - a disgusting sour-milk smell of unwashed skin folds.
