I was charged DOUBLE for one night. After going through almost 2 weeks of trying to get the overcharge refunded I finally had to get Hilton corporate involved. Now I am reading other reviews where this happened to others. The manager James does not care about customer service, just about making money by overcharging people. Excellent stay at this hotel. The check in was very professional and efficient. The front desk was great. Check out was fantastic. I actually left my suit clothing in my closet. They retrieved it immediately and were able to give it to a guest that is my friend and I can get it from him in houston. Room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
I’ve never related more to “if I could leave 0 stars I would.” At check-in, we were given a room that was already occupied. After going back to the front desk and waiting, we were reassigned—only to find the second room dirty and clearly used (unmade pullout bed, trash left behind, pics included). Dirt in the corner in the bathroom, rubber seal on shower door had mold on it, something all over the shower floor making it slippery as all get out, and housekeeping came in to clean even though I had do not disturb on the door. Definitely not the worst place I've ever stayed but not up to the standards of the other Hilton properties I have been in so far this month in Austin.
Very clean. Great Service. Awesome Staff. It's conveniently located near a HEB and several shopping centers.
