Hi everyone, Pls pay attention that this hotel trys to charge more with out permission. We booked 2 rooms from June 12-15 through Booking.com and payed all,after we checked out they issued 2 invoices with zero balance but they changed $342.90 more. We tried to contact them many time but they didn't pay back. Pls check your cards when you pay to this hotel???? See attached
Stay was okay but not comfortable due the cleanliness level of the room. I was also charged extra for a sparkling water that they charged as alcohol.
The beds are bad. The most important thing in a hotel. Very poor quality. The paint job in the room was patchy. The bath door was broken and water leaked from the shower area. A lot of fixes to be made for what the brand Hilton.
