Bad smell in the rooms. $9.00 for a bagel (no complimentary breakfast) $15 for parking. Won’t be back.
The room was spacious, clean, and well laid out. The front desk team were friendly and welcoming, which made check-in quick and pleasant. The location is convenient, especially being close to the highway and the airport, which makes travel simple and stress-free. Most importantly, I had a good night’s sleep,quiet, comfortable, and exactly what you want on a business trip. Overall, a solid stay and I would definitely return when travelling for work.
Convenient to the Airport and downtown Austin. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the manager was seen helping all over the hotel. Although his Long Island making skills lacked, his personality made up for it. Would stay there again.
We came for one night. Just to be close to the airport. But, we didn't realize a winter storm was coming too. Our driver thankfully was from Chicago and knew how to drive on ice and got us to the airport safely. The bed was amazing, room was cozy and warm. We had dinner downstairs and that was amazing. It was a fun night despite the frigid temps outside.
