As a Diamond member, this hotel really disappointed me. I’ve been here several times and this last time was the worst. The room I was given had non-working heat. The hotel room was really worn and in poor condition. The toilet also barely flushed. I contacted management and they were not able to help me at all. Really disappointed here
A good place to stay when you’re in Bellevue. The room was spacious and the location was good. It was driving distance to the mall and food places. We had breakfast buffet downstairs and it was good, especially the omelette station. The front desk staff were kind too. I’d say my only complaint would be the ~$30/ night parking..
We just ate in the restaurant. It was fantastic. The salad, soup and entrees were great. Had the mushroom risotto and my wife had the halibut. Both dishes were cooked to perfection.
