We came in after 15 minutes after the designated check in time and were told the room wasn’t ready. We waited for 20 minutes in the lobby for the room to be ready. While the exterior and lobby appear nice, the rooms are no better than a motels. The ceiling of the shower area was brown and splotchy and the pillows were the worst we’ve had they were so flat.
I’m here right now but the air conditioning in the room did not work. It wouldn’t turn on, and it was extremely hot
Room is clean but it takes extra 30-ish dollars to park at their parking lot per day and they won’t tell you when booking if you don’t take a look at their website first.
I’m trying to sleep now. I can’t because rooms are hot. Can’t control the thermostat. It’s so hot I can’t sleep. What a way to steal your money.
