As of March 2026, there are many notices of plans for renovations but none to actually experience. It is very dated, the years of wear and tear are showing, and there aren’t any substantial tangible benefits for gold or diamond members. Perhaps after a full renovation to bring this hotel into this century, it will be worth the rates it charges.
Charge you for everything even an early check in which is anything before 4pm. Check out is 11am so you are paying for a 19 hour stay. Just a terrible experience to have at check in. Makes me think badly of all hiltons.. I do not recommend
Whenever I come to the city, this is the best option. The room is fully equipped: refrigerator, microwave, good pillows, great blankets, and excellent cleaning service. 100/10
