It's good I'm seeing better hotels for the same price The location is very good The electrical part of the hotel is where, the outlets in the room to charge our devices are in very bad conditions. The light switches are very uncomfortable. The lighting on the pool must be service and updated asap.
Dude I mean it’s supposedly a higher end hotel and yet there’s no microwave in the room? I had to travel from floor 17 to the lobby to heat up any leftovers I had. Also the A/C had a sensor that would shut off basically if I wasn’t moving so ya that was dumb.
My family stayed there last night and paid for the extra security parking. Had laptop and iPad along with a dirt bike stolen from the back of there truck. Front desk was uninterested with them and pointed to a sign that said they were not responsible for stolen things. Why pay for secured parking that has cameras on it if the cameras don't work. That's what they told the police. This is unacceptable. I want the video of the parking lot.
