Had the mushroom cups and fish & chips
Food was outstanding but worse service I’ve ever had!!! Refused to bring requested items such as water! And much worse!!
Hilo bay cafe is the bets restaurant to go to if you are hungry and if you are looking for a place to eat. We ate there today being our second time when we went here last year. Today was nice because they let us sit early at 1130 even if we had a reservation at 1 pm.the burger is great for lunch and the macadamia nut chocolate chip cookie skillet is the best thing to get if you are hungry for dessert after your meal, but the only thing is, it takes about 15-20 minutes but worth the wait with ice cream.
Great food and even better service, best of all were the breathtaking views
This place was amazing!! The service was excellent and we were seated in a table on the balcony with a view of the bay. The prime rib was so good (which I ordered) but the fish and chips that my partner ordered (made with the catch of the day-Ono) was superb!!

It’s a unique venue with a unique menu so kinda hard to point to any one thing that sets it apart. It is most enjoyable in every aspect!
