RecommendedThis is our favorite go to place on the island. We moved here a little over a year ago and have been to HBC at least 6 times. It’s a great place to take our guests as you cannot beat the beautiful view of Hilo Bay. Tip - weather permitting request outdoor seating. We have consistently received good service and great food. Best place to eat in Hilo, I do miss the beet salad
Last night was one of the few times that I can honestly say that the food and service was on point. We got all appetizers...edamame, parmesan custard, kalbi fries, hand cut fries w/ truffle mayo, beet tartines and the family reunion sushi roll plus the Hilo Bay Style Shirley Temple & Plantation Iced Tea. Need to go back soon!!
Good food as we had the sushi and a bottle of Pinot Noir.... the waitress was friendly and attentive.....mahalo.
Perfekter Ort um den Abend in Hilo abzuschliessen. Vorabreservierung empfehlenswert. Essen und Cocktails sehr gut.
