If your a city dwellar like me and your looking for a inexpensive & quiet apartment complex that offers many floorplan options as well as ample amount of space to walk the dog look no further than Hillwood Villas. This complex is really a rare gem in this town tucked away close to ijams and very well maintained. I highly recommend a looksie if your in the market for a new place

I've lived in these apartments for almost 3 years now,and still love my place as much I did when when I moved in. Management have always been extremely kind and professional. Any issues are delt with quickly. Very mellow area and a killer price for what u get!

Moved here a while back and ended up staying because the new owners have put a lot of money into improvements both inside the apartments and on the grounds. New pool is nice. Lots of parking. Close to Ut, downtown and Ijams. Safe and quiet, too. Would recommend

I recently moved into a townhome at Hillwood Villas and have been pleasantly surprised. The units are a little older (10 years) but are in good condition. It wasn't easy getting a lease, because the rents are so reasonable, but worth the effort. I definitely recommend moving here.
