On 12/12/2024. I had a claim with no deductible and no co-pay for $1500.00. I was told it would be no cost for a crown and cleaning. When I got up to the front desk I was asked for 161.00. I tried explaining that it this claim was already settled. With that the office staff got offensive and wanted to justify their prices. Hillview family dentist does not value their clients. They repeatedly cancel and or change dental cleaning appointments with less then 24 hours notice. The front desk is rude and unhelpful.
