This is the most wonderful clinic and their price schedule is so fair. I highly recommend Hilltop Veteranary.
RecommendedI called after hours and was immediately taken care of! Not only did they take care of the issue, but called me back the next day to check on our status! Amazing and caring are all I can say!
Let me start by saying, this would be a 0 if I could. Customer service is AWFUL. Pet care is shady at best. Overall terrible experience(s). This is the second time I have had a bad experience. This morning was the straw that broke the camels back. My dog is a rescue dog that came to me last October, this is my first dog to be heartworm positive when I got him. Our dog Oreo was hit by a car on Sunday and no vets in Paragould have a manned emergency number! We called Hilltop Veterinary hospital and the Vet immediately returned my call. She was heading out of town and turned around to come back and help our dog!!! I am so thankful, and Oreo is getting the care she needs! Very friendly and helpful staff as well!!
I wouldn't take my pets anywhere sense! Dr. Davis treats them like family and they get so excited when they realize we are on the way to see her! The staff is incredibly attentive and very friendly.
