***UPDATE*** After speaking with Dr. Davis about our experience, I believe that the issues we experienced were not typical at Hilltop Veterinarian Clinic. I feel that Dr. Davis cares deeply about her business as well as her clientele. We will NOT return to Hilltop Veterinarian Clinic. Our vet. tech was unprofessional when inquiring to our pets heart worm preventative. Hilltop veterinary hospital has awesome after hour services. They helped me with my old buddy when my regular vet wouldn't. Tank was old and went down hill fast. After looking on the web all afternoon Saturday. I finally made it to hilltops web page Sunday. One call and a very short wait I was talking to Dr. Vaughnn on the phone and he told me to come on to the office. Needless to say i'm switching vets.
Both Dr. Davis and Dr. Vaughn are awesome. Each time I have had an emergency with my dog, Dr. Vaughn has always walked me through it calmly and with knowledge. We saw Dr. Davis for the first time last week and she was very helpful with helping us pick out meds for flea/tick/heartworm/parasites and giving him a good wellness check up. I love them here and will go to them until I move! Highly recommend!
