THEY DID AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE !!!!!!! A BUNCH OF CROOKS I SPEND ABOUT $9GRAND I WAS TRICKED AND UPSOLD AND STILL HAVING THE SAME ISSUES THE WORKTHE MATERIALS USED WERE PISS POOR THEY TRIED TO SEND ME TO THEIR OTHER OFFICE WHICH THEY DIDN'T RESOLVED ANYTHING SO DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY!!!!!

I am happy I found Renton Modern Dentistry. They are always kind, very thorough and understanding. I recently needed a lot of dental work and they have worked with my schedule, put me on a payment plan and treated me with kindness and respect. Beyond crappy service. Always rotating dentists, over charge for everything and the phone service is very unprofessional. I recently moved and did not receive an outstanding bill, for a service that was denied by my coverage. They sent me collections - I would not send anyone to this location. I have called multiple times, each person has no clue what is going on, they claim checks are sent to my house - not only did I not receive any checks, they continue to deny any wrongdo… See more

I sued the owner of this dental office (Nicole Smith) for malpractice and for violating and neglecting the standard of care. Their negligence resulted in injury to which then also resulted in significant harm to me that lasted for more than 5 months! they are always trying to upsell. it's really sad bc they have some really great dentists and hygenists working there, but at the end of the day, they only care about their bottom line. they try to get you to pay out of pocket for covered things by lying to say it's not covered or telling you that a higher quality is needed or it won't be any good. Jefferey and Bernadette were amazing! Our daughter has been coming here for at least 2 years now and they make the dental experience fun for the kids. Crazy thing my daughter has a lose tooth and was actually excited to come have them help!
