RecommendedThey are out for your money. I went to them and they said I had bone loss and needed a deep cleaning which would cost out of pocket, above what my insurance would cover. I went to two other dentist and they said that I didn't have any bone loss and did not say anything about needed a deep cleaning. I will never go to them again and I don't recommend them to anyone.
RecommendedEverybody is so nice! Especially Dr. Nelson Morales and his dental assistant Jesus. I was nervous with my dental appointment, but they made me feel at ease.
My appointment was very recent, 12/03/22. When I called, I said I would be a new patient, needed X-rays, and a cleaning. That’s all. I was about 7-8 mins late for my visit because I overslept by accident (thankfully they did not turn me away). The X-ray tech brought me back within 10 mins. Had a terrible experience there with their billing, and not being upfront with their costs. Very deceitful in the way they bill. They quote you one price that you think is the total fee, and the final price is a lot more than what was quoted. I will never step foot in there again. I was also in the dental field and have never experienced such dishonesty.

I've been coming here for years and Katy is great. Today because I can't afford to pay 2k Carla the financial advisor becomes condescending, rude, and tells me if I don't like it to leave and see another dentist. This is terrible customer service. In addition my appointment was at 3:30 and it's now 5:30 and still have not been treated. Service has extremely declined and I will not return.
RecommendedFirst time as a new patient. Everyone was very friendly and answered all my questions. I have never been to a dentist that I’ve been pleased. I totally 100% recommend this place.
Front desk is borderline rude and passive aggressive, and treats patients like they are an inconvenience to them. Dr. Schwartz is amazing, though! We left this office due to the rude front staff a year ago. I needed a replacement set of retainers for my child and had to contact them again.
