This place is a classic Section 8 housing project 100 % The people who do not complain are the people who do not pay full rent..This is heaven to some of them..Most of this place is government subsidised and unfortunately that also comes with allot of scumbags, dopers, crackheads etc.. .."Moving on up with George and Weezie" Trust me the office people are rejects from the used car lot down the road..Lie lie , just to get you to sign on the dotted line... This is honestly the worst place I have EVER lived! They don't deserve any stars! I am completely fed up with the negligence of their office staff and maintenance. They are constantly losing storage space keys and mail without taking responsibility. The maintenance is here seems to be incapable of doing their job. Rather than fixing things with the proper tools and techniques, they use good'ol ductape to fix just about everything, even for water leaks that flood your apartment! PEOPLE LETTING THERE DOG SHIT IN THE WALKWAY TO THE DOOR AND LEAVING IT REALLY NEEDS TO BE DEALT WITH, THIS HAS HAPPENED MANY TIMES
My wife and I were prospective tenants here, since I got a job promotion and had to transfer to Manchester. The lady who showed us around was very nice and we were extremely impressed with the facility and the grounds. Cooking gas, heat, and hot water being included would have been a huge plus for us. We decided to fill out the online application for $70 ($35 per person x2 people), and put a hold on an apartment for a $500 refundable deposit. We did this on a Thursday. I have lived in multiple rentals in New York and in New Hampshire, I have never felt so unwanted as I do living in the Hilltop apartments. I suggest that if they promise something will be done then they follow through with their word other than towing vehicles. The tenant is clearly not the priority to management. I honestly would not suggest this complex to anyone even with the small incentive they offer. I would love to move if it didn't have repercussions, but if it keeps getting worse then nothing would keep me here.
