This is the worst place I have lived by far. The apartment itself is okay but the price is absolutely ridiculous. New windows and sliders were put in recently but they are not sealed properly at all. Cold air blew through them all winter. It took until December for our AC covers to be put on and I had to put a sleeping bag over them because the wind was coming through the vent. I wish I did researched and read reviews before I rented from them. They worst apartments ever. Management does nothing they say they will (even what’s written in the contract), we had so many issues with the the bare minimum essentials of the apartment and maintenance would always say there’s nothing they can do. Heat barely worked and we where freezing all winter, we had to rent a hotel when it would get to cold. Guess us not being able to shower for 5 days isn’t an emergency to them!! Equivalent to someone spitting on you and the maintenance guy hung up on me:) wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!
Absolute worst experience. The management staff is completely incompetent and lazy. Complaints continually go unaddressed and maintenance of property is practically non existent. First snow storm of the year and side walks are not shoveled, insufficient salt laid down and snow removal is atrocious. I urge people to stay far away from this property as there are numerous better options. I plan on filing an official letter to the state regarding negligence on behalf of management.
They told me on Oct. 11 that I had to put down a $500 deposit to hold our place in line(no apartment selected yet)and get the approval process started. They could NOT, however, show me an apartment outside of the model, which I stated was a necessary piece to come to any agreement with them. They finally did, four days after they willingly took my deposit with no agreed upon dwelling yet. I have lived here going on 10 years and the one thing I found is that if you follow the rules it's a great place to live. Don't want to get towed? Park legally or move your vehicle when it snows. Don't want maintenance in your home when you are not there? All you have to do is tell them. They are doing upgrades, be there or have someone there. Don't want to be evicted? Pay your rent on time. Kim moved on and she was the best. Unfortunately not everyone there cares about long time residents who come down with some hard times, for me it was cancer. I was put in touch with Katie, who is next to impossible to reach, was evicted because two weeks of calling and going to the office had gone bye apparently without her receiving a message. Or caring.
