We have a pending application. Even though I can not rate the liveability as of yet, I can tell you that dealing with those in the office have been very pleasant. Not one time has our calls been ignored. Knowing friends in real estate I can tell you that anyone working a big complex will eventually get busy, a list of priorities is created. Although I've see a handful or negative reviews, we have lived here for two years and have had no problems with the apartments or staff! The office staff has always been friendly and immediately addresses our needs whenever smaller problems have occurred. The manager helped us move into a first floor apartment, from our third floor, since we had a baby. We appreciate everything that has been done to accommodate us and believe they should be recognized for all their help!
Would not make adequate accommodations for my handicap wife. This left her stuck inside all winter. Her health deteriorated because of such. Evicted us with little warning after a disagreement with the maintenance manager about nails sticking up in the floor. Shorty afterward the management got rid of our family heirlooms and an urn without giving adequate time to pick it up. Please be careful when dealing with hilltop.
Two years ago when we first moved in this place it looked great, we were so excited. Now we can't wait to leave. Everything goes wrong & breaks. We live by the elevator and thats all we here along with the front door slamming all hours of the night. The hallway's smell like weed, the A/C's smell like mold & in our closet by our front door has black mold growing in it, a guy came and sprayed it twice. Has anyone received there security deposit when they moved out and how long did it take to receive it? They are up to there 30 day mark and I haven't received mine yet and I also have witnesses that my apartment was even cleaner when I moved out than the day I moved in there so they can't use an excuse of my security deposit being used for cleaning services.
Last night I got Home from a 15 hour work shift To find out that I was Locked Out because All 3 doors on the building were replaced with Glass doors ( We were not informed of this change , Had I been... I would of requested a key in advance) My key didn't work in these new locks THIS COULD OF BEEN AVOIDED. .. by them handing out New Original cut Keys to go with the locks Prior to Installing the Doors! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE RE-NAMED BILL-TOP RIDGE AT GHETTO PARK STOP!! DON'T RENT HERE! This place sucks! It needs to be bulldozed down! The management is shrewd. The rooms are outdated (even the remodeled ones are tacky and keep the old appliances) the hallways look like they haven't been remodeled since the 70s, and the appliances are total trash!!!
