When I got there I stood at the counter for a few minutes before either receptionist acknowledged my presence and bothered to say they would be right with me. Waited almost 2 hours for a sports physical. I've never seen a worse bedside manner from a doctor. He was extremely rude and irritated. My 8 yr old was nervous about having his privates checked and the Dr yelled at him and threatened him with not being allowed to play if he didn't let him, he could have handled hat way better. Just went to get my TB Test and Hep B Vaccine done - super fast and friendly staff!!!
Pros- the wait time was not that bad, at all. Went in on a Saturday morning. In and out within an hour and a half. (I did preregistration online) The front desk employee and the nurse who took me back were nice and friendly. Cons- the dr I saw I didn't like. He seemed very distracted, uninterested, spacey. After leaving my room he went directly to his desk to fill out my prescription paperwork, as I walked by him I noticed he was on Facebook- he quickly closed out the screen and pretended to be working. EXTREMELY LONG WAIT and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Want a clinic that will make you wait over 3 hours for a physical? Or perhaps a clinic that will berate you over the phone, cut you off and correct you at every turn while you attempt to ask questions? Then look no further at hilltop medical our staff is dedicated to: forgetting about you and admitting it, returning you to the waiting room 4 times throughout one visit and in between every stage, and just plain making it an unpleasant experience. This place is great! Our family has been seen here for everything from a routine sports physical to broken bones. We've always been treated in timely fashion and with more than adequate care. I recommend both locations!
I was having a hard time finding a family doctor to treat me for my bipolar. Calling them was my last hope before I felt I was going to break. Thank you dr.jordie.
Hilltop Drive location: Worst service ever!!! Just walked out after 2 1/2 hours of waiting and being told my daughter was next only to have them AGAIN call someone else that came in 45 minutes AFTER we got there in. Worst of all...the front office gal could have cared less!!! Worst customer service EVER!!!!
