RecommendedI can't say enough great things about Dr. Pierce. I can't remember ever having a kinder, more caring, informative, thorough doctor than him. He's a great listener, too. In addition the whole staff was very kind and friendly. We left the clinic feeling reassured, having answers to all our questions and concerns. (I have had great experiences with other doctors there, too.) I can definitely recommend Hilltop Medical Clinic!
Watch the billing. They constantly over bill and hope you don’t catch it!
Because they take forever to treat you. Wait time is over four hours. Finally got to see doctor and still don’t know what is wrong with my neck........gave me a prescription and sent me home
doctors are more worried about getting you in and out than properly taking care of you. I came in cuz I hurt my leg and while I was there I wanted to talk to the Dr about acid reflux and anxiety. he came in told me what not to eat in the rudest way possible prescribed me a medicine and started walking out the room. before he walked out I asked him what about the other things in there for? he admitted to me he never looked at my chart which means he prescribed me a prescription without checking my allergies MALPRACTICE. Never have I witnessed discrimination until today and I was blown away by the rudeness of one receptionist.
When we needed an urgent prescription, these guys came through for us! They really do care about the patients they see and are extremely helpful and efficient. I highly recommend them, and only wish they could be my primary care physicians! Thank you!
Came in for a job related physical. Been waiting for 2 hours. Went to the counter they said its 1 person ahead... Waited 30 more minutes while 5 people was being called. Finally went back up to ask them whats the wait and they said its now 3 people ahead of me. Still here 3hrs later. Not being called.
We have always received quality care here and yesterday was no exception. Thank you Dr. Miguel!
