The counselors and the office staff are incredibly caring and supportive.
I had an appointment scheduled and received paperwork the day before. I drove 30 minutes and no one told me my appointment was canceled over paperwork. I sat in the lobby for 20 Minutes and no one came out. Apparently if the paperwork isn’t filled out at least an hour before the appointment it’s canceled. I tried to fill out the paperwork sooner but kept getting a blank screen on the app. We’re reaching out for therapy and getting this treatments is crap.
