I had an appointment scheduled and received paperwork the day before. I drove 30 minutes and no one told me my appointment was canceled over paperwork. I sat in the lobby for 20 Minutes and no one came out. Apparently if the paperwork isn’t filled out at least an hour before the appointment it’s canceled. I tried to fill out the paperwork sooner but kept getting a blank screen on the app. We’re reaching out for therapy and getting this treatments is crap. I had a terrible experience with this office. After I had put up my honest review they suddenly had multiple fake reviews to cover up the experience I had to this day I’ll never forget how this place made me feel at my lowest. Shop around for your therapist especially if you are postpartum. I find they don’t have much experience/ expertise in dealing with women who have just had a child . I can not recommend hilltop enough. Especially for anyone struggling with postpartum. This practice is like a hidden gem. I was so anxious to call and set up an appointment, but the woman on the phone instantly made me feel welcome and comfortable. She was super understanding, reassuring, and easy to talk to. The office space is clean and well decorated. It felt warm and inviting and not like a typical “therapist waiting room” feel.
