Took 4 hours for an oil change/tire rotation. That was with an appointment. I was told by the service advisor that it would be 2 hours. Checked in at 8am and at 11am my car was still in the same spot as I left it. Will never go back to this dealership for any service again.

Helping me get my vehicle on the property, researching my warranty, to making sure my vehicle was inspected ASAP! I am forever thankful and will be a loyal customer.
Was disappointed with the nearly 3 hour wait for an oil change with an appointment. My dealership in Marin closed so i thought i would give this dealership a try hoping i would be able schedule an early morning appointment and not be terribly late for work. I guess that won't be happening in the future. I was told it normally takes 1.5 to 2 hours for an oil change, thought it odd as never has it taken 2 hrs for an oil change anywhere.
2 1/2 Hours for an oil change even w/ scheduled appt.. Price keeps changing everytime I go. At least there is a free pop corn & coffee. It's an ok dealership for me
