The service department is incompetent and a bunch of crooks spent over $4000 in repairs for my charger with only 58,000 miles and the car was worse than before the repairs. Each time they came up with new things wrong with the car. And each time they didn’t fix the issue. There will be a class action against them soon.
I recommend both sales and service. While driving on Hwy 4 Saturday,our suv died, it was towed to Hilltop's service department where Erlinda wrote it up, and the repairs were finished that afternoon. I was expecting it to be finished on Monday since it was late afternoon. While waiting my wife and I walked through the new car lot, she liked the Grand Cherokee, we decided to trade in our suv. Hilltop Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram came through for me big time. Kudos to Audi and Doug for helping me get the shifter cable recall service done on my Ram Promaster 1500 today. I know it's been difficult to get the replacement part from Chrysler, but I lucked out: a couple of weeks ago Audi made sure one of the last parts they had was saved for me, and today Doug got me in and out in an expedited manner so that I didn't have to wait around all day for the fix. Thank you!

I have a 2019 dodge ram and it broke down and took it in and they didn't know how to fix it I took it backn it broke down again and took it into service once again like 8 time and t his time they steal my things inside the truck and have camaras but they could give it back thing that was over 300 dollars and their not being responsible I call the police to make a statement and also I'm in an ongoing lemon law case too get my money back for the truck DONT GO HERE FOR SERVICE PLEASE

From the appointment taker, who was the first person I spoke with, then transfered to the Service manager who quickly determined the seriousness of my call, thus my delicate circumstance and calmed me while getting me focused on the best case scenario.
