I live here and I can’t wait to finish my lease and move. The rent is super high and you can have a good party for you kids because they don’t let you have kids entertainment in your backyard. Almost 3 years here and I never used my balcony with my kids because the neighbor always be there smoking. For $1,725 I think you can find a better place.

RecommendedGood location, fair price, maintenance does respond quickly to the bigger issues like plumbing.
Forest Ridge is a great place to live! It’s convient to downtown and the interstate! Plus the managers are Awesome!
we have lived here since sept 2016 and love it as with any place you live there are drawbacks...we are right over the laundry room so have to deal with the slamming of the washer and dryer doors , but overall everyone has been really nice and are quick to respond to any issues.....i am not a fan of the towing policies but do love it for when there is a snow issue....
