Everything here at this little retro nook is different. New management, renovated apartments, well-kept grounds, and a wonderfully sweet manager, Rosi. It's also in a great part of hayward, close to downtown & castro valley. it's easy to overlook but it's a hidden gem!
The manager Manny is a ass. He should b fired, he goes n the tenant apartments without them knowing. Don't rent there
