I love the location of Hilltop Apartments. The apartments are very close to the highway and just minutes away from downtown, Kenwood Mall, grocery stores, and various restaurants. The office and maintenance staff are very kind, professional and always have a smile on their faces. The layout of the apartments are great! I love the fact that the apartments have washer / dryer hookup and a swimming pool for those hot summer days. The complex also has a dog park, and workout room for the residents to enjoy.

very nice and affordable place to live after college
Been here for 4 years it has really evolved and it has truly got better and better during the years I’ve been here! Two full bathrooms for this price in this location is unheard of.
I've lived here for 3 years and have really enjoyed it. It's been a great home for transitioning from a single college graduate to a married young professional. Maintenance is timely and the office staff is friendly. I've recommended it to my friends and co-workers and will continue to do so.
Great place to live well maintained and very clean and people are nice.
Just signed up for a second year at Hilltop Apartments. Getting the lease and paperwork was all very easy thanks to the staff and they have been there to help with anything I’ve needed.
