Observational opinion from a former housing employee: Not understanding the cost unless it is due the building up of the surrounding community/area. Building up is good, don't get me wrong. The cost as with many other communities, though, is that it's not affordable nor does not offer many the opportunity to reside in nice homes, especially without having to move every year or more due to increasing rental costs.
OK, how to start, it's better to put it this way. My wife and I had been living in different apartments in the last six years, three in Cincinnati. I have to say that the hilltop apartment is the best that we have lived in. My wife is really glad that we brought our baby first to our apartment at the Hilltop. There is nothing else that you can ask for an apartment, best staff, best location, best weather and best price.
