Hilltop is a well-maintained and beautiful place to live. The staff are friendly and very responsive to tenants. My lil pooch loves the dog park. If you are looking for a great place to live check out Hilltop Apartments.

Hilltop Apartments have been the most accommodating apartments I have lived in yet. The staff, maintenance, and leasing agents are all so friendly and helpful when needed. They answer quickly and help resolve the issue at hand. The units are newly renovated, as well as the exterior being renovated now. Great location— highly recommend!

Living in Hilltop Apartments has been a wonderful experience. And recommend anyone around to live here.
The apartment complex is clean and quite. The main office staff and maintenance are responsive and friendly. There is unfortunately no recycling on site, but there are recycling drop-off locations within a mile or two of the apartments.
The apartment complex is in a great location, as it is very close to Oakley. The units are clean and simple. I wish there was recycling on site though and our particular apartment did not get alot of natural light.
