Houston's is one of the best restaurants in Memphis. I wish they would replace the blinds on the patio door that have been broken for 2 years.
I can't believe hat such a highly rated and established restaurant group would have something like this on their premises! My 13 month old son found a dead rat on the Houstons (pompano beach, fl) grounds and almost touched it! Please fix this if you want my family and others to come back!
Knowingly employees people who are using false social security numbers and are aware of it and still continues to allow the person to work there.
They have a company policy of asking customers to leave after they have paid their check. We were at Houston's, and the chef came out and told us they needed our table. We had continued our conversation for 30 minutes after paying the check. We feel that this policy is rude and humiliating to customers who half an hour earlier paid over $150 for lunch, and just lost track of the time. By the way, we counted 4 empty tables as we left.
Fantastic food, unparalleled quality, and the friendliest service anywhere! Hillstone for the win!
very disappointed in the company policies. No high chairs or booster seats??? During lunch??? Poor.
