It was ok. I never did like Houston’s and I understand it’s the same chain. Went there with family. Food ok. Service was good. But it is soooo noisy. You have to scream to hear each other.
We are Hillstone regulars. We LOVE this place...except for today. Went for lunch. We ordered the steak and noodle salad, with well-done steak. Came out rare. They apologized, remade it, and it came out rare again. Didn't they even check?We gave up and ordered a baked potato. Rachel, the manager, apologized, but where was the service recovery?
