The food is always amazing, coupled with outstanding service. Al at the bar Christmas eve was a rockstar! The atmosphere matches any elegant restaurant...i frequently dine...thank you HILLSTONE for a 4th amazing holiday, now tradition...coming from Seattle where the dining is superb, you surpass!��
But the cheese cake was awful the food was at its best as always the drinks were great love this place will always be back..
Damn good. Myself and 1 other had the Hawaiian steak. A tastiky prepared, great cut of beef and cooked exactly as ordered. Strong bourbon selection. Service was equally as impressive-very professional, from how we were greeted, the bartender and Miranda who waited on us all left us with the impression that our choice to dine here was truly appreciated.
We had a fantastic dinner. Great food, atmosphere and service.
Our all time favorite restaurant! We miss Houston’s in Long Island! Was worth the trip!
