Went with the family for dinner last night. Food is top notch, dessert is amazing, and the attention is on point without being overwhelming. And this is why I have been coming here for 20+ years and will continue to do so!!!
This is just an overpriced glorified burger joint. The food is sub par and the service was horrible. The waitstaff was clearing our table as we were finishing our meals. I called this evening and spoke to Josh, the manager. When I expressed my feelings, he curtly told me that that is how the waitstaff is trained, citing the number of locations they have and the number of years they’ve been in business. Been going to this restaurant chain for over 20 years. It was called Houstons. It was good then and it’s still good. Only wish there was a location in Short hills or nearby.
I Had a birthday reservation and I must say the hospitality was amazing. Everything was on point. One of the best restaurants to Dine & Wine hands down!!!
