Our family of five presented to Hillstone Restaurant for a celebratory meal. Our son flew in from Maryland where he was stationed in the Air Force on his way to his three-year deployment to Guam. Although we could easily fit in one booth, we were told by the host that Hillstone only seats parties of four or less at one table due to controlling numbers in the restaurant. RecommendedHillstone as a whole always goes above and beyond to create an exceptional dining experience! I have never left here unsatisfied! Exceptional cooks & waitstaff! The ribs I had were soo good and the meat just fell off of every bone! I can’t wait to come back.
Horrible experience. The management does not run this properly. Asked for 3 different drinks that they don't make, could only order "starters" outside (not the full menu), and they wanted to keep your credit card inside the entire time your outside. I wouldn't give anyone my credit card to keep in todays fraud world (and neither should you btw). Very outdated policies......

I’ve been coming here for over a decade but lately the attitude here is gone to hell. One particular hostess seems to be on a power trip every time I’ve been in within the last month. The food is always great but the rudeness of some of the staff has pushed me to Christners where the staff is always wonderful. Perhaps the management should pay a little more attention to the people at the door.
