I must say that Broadstreet Properties is a great place to live. The neighborhood is well kept, quiet, and nicely shielded from the busy downtown atmosphere. I also received excellent service from Saagar, who guided me through the entire process up until my move in date. He was very service-minded, professional, and accommodating throughout. Overall, it has been a very positive experience.
Great place, management stays out of your hair if your not a pest, only reason I left is they are not pet friendly to animals other than dogs and cats. Sure some quality of workmanship shows for example unfilled Brad nail holes in baseboards and whatnot but at the end of the day the suites are quite lovely and well taken care of
Shout out to Amendeep for being so kind - and for the incredible job she does keeping our building clean! She is always smiling and never complains - even when cleaning up after the pets- you get my drift- Thank you for all your hard work! We appreciate you!
I wouldn’t recommend any Broadstreet Properties. I’m not sure if I caught Segar on a bad day, but when I went for a tour, I was made to wait outside in the cold while he helped someone else in the office. Eventually, one of his coworkers showed me the suite instead. Overall, the experience showed a clear lack of professionalism and communication. I just moved into my new apartment here and had a great experience with Sagar. He helped me find the perfect home! The whole process was so clean and organized, and he made everything much better by taking the time to explain all the details clearly. Highly recommend asking for Sagar if you are looking for a place in Kamloops!
