I just moved into my new apartment here and had a great experience with Sagar. He helped me find the perfect home! The whole process was so clean and organized, and he made everything much better by taking the time to explain all the details clearly. Highly recommend asking for Sagar if you are looking for a place in Kamloops!
Always had a great experience with the management team. Spencer made the process seamless when I decided to move here from Port Moody site unseen. Anytime I’ve needed something the team has been attentive and efficient. The dog wash station is super handy, which I use regularly for my puppy. The trails behind the building are a nice quiet walk, away from the noise of the highway. Now that I’m moving (due to life changes), the process again has been super seamless!
Great family apartments. We're super happy here as a family with our dogs. Maintenance Technician Rose is a super hero. Incredibly knowledgeable and hard working.
We did not end up renting with them due to their unprofessionalism throughout the process & lack of accountability. We saw a "demo suite," prior to submitting an application. After doing so, I was expecting them to respond, but no such luck. I gave them a call and was told that I haven't submitted the application, I asked them to check their records.
