Just finished moving into hillside walk and I’m so happy to say that me and my roommate could not have had a better experience as first time renters. Spencer was extremely supportive and easy going with the entire process it could not have gone smoother. I highly recommend checking out broad street properties. We are both super excited to finally be moved in
I’m rating this 5 stars based on getting set up through Spencer and Deny. We are about to move into these apartments in the next 10 days and both of these gentlemen made us feel welcomed. We got the tour through the show suite and it’s exactly what we were looking for. They answered every question we had and so far Spencer has made the transition quite smooth. I’ll be rating again once we have settled in for a bit.
I don't believe i will ever be able to adequately put to words my appreciation and respect have I had with dealing with Spencer. His knowledge and patience he showed me in explaining in detail the process to leasing an apartment to payment structure to insurance requirements to the showing of the apartment was well above and beyond my expectations. All my questions were answered and he made me feel at ease. He truly is one in a million and a great ambassador to your organization. Thanks again Spencer,
