Hillside is the absolute best!! They have been SO good to not only my fur babies but to me as well. They make me feel so at ease anytime my kitties are in their care. They answer all my crazy questions in full detail and give so much info! The staff is so warm and compassionate. Dr.Connolly has really helped us figure out what was going on with my 8 month old cat. Val and Dr H are so kind and gentle! My dog Sully was always so fearful of the vet but they are so kind they helped him to feel at ease.
Would not send ANY friends to this place in Auburn!!!!
When our regular vet couldn't get us in for what we assumed was a "non emergency" but time sensitive appointment we were sent to Hillside. Our outcome was not a good one and sadly our dog had to be euthanized that day. The care, sincerity, honesty and respect our dog was given at a new clinic by a new vet (Dr. Nakayama) was by far above and beyond! It was a devastating day for us, but Dr. Nakayama and tech Ellie let us grieve and gave us an unexpected opportunity to let our beloved Bella pass in comfort, safety and warmth. T... read more
