How could you say that I am dumb and can't fix anything. You do not know me and at least I know how to spell. You can't even spell dumb. I am a professional man that takes pride in my work. I have several people as references on my work that will back me up 100 percent on what I say. Most people would talk their problems out with someone if they had a problem with it. So why haven't you or are you just another one that likes carrying on drama.

Iv lived here for 2 years and i hate this place!!!! So bad there is so many things wrong with were i live its not funny the managers are very bad gossipers they will not fix the list of things that is wrong and i would never recommend this place to a stranger! Im starting to hate my life because im having to settle live in these conditions! Please lord help me save the money to get my family out this hell hole!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I lived there for 2 years. New manager Nicole has been there for 2 years now, and thing changed for better dramatically! Bad management is gone now. They mow grass regularly, and have security, they give you free cable with rent! I got my full deposit back, and I treated my house much better than most tenants. I'll tell you, if you are a good tenant, all good things come your way! I love the place and would highly recommend it to everyone. Go see them and call at 334-566-5999. You won't be disappointed!
I lived at this park for two years, they had 3 different managers during that time, the corporation is out of Ca. When i moved i gave notice, they failed to return my deposit, or even give an accounting. I sued in small claims, they did not bother to show up. I won the judgement. They closed all their bank accounts as soon as they were served and moved to a bank unknown to me.
