What an interesting place to eat! Shepherds Pie for lunch was a no-brained and outstanding.
The food was wonderful and the staff very helpful but I had one problem. I couldn't see as there was almost no illumination outside of candles in the room where we were seated. I asked the staff and they brought another candle and then told me the owner likes it dark. If I had realized HOW dark the room to the right of the door was, I would have asked to be seated in the main room. I'll come back to dine but will not sit in the dark again. My daughter has been following you on Instagram and insisted we visit on our trip to Austin! So glad we stopped in, had no idea your place existed. Food was excellent and staff was very friendly. We enjoyed lunch outside on the cute tables! Best fried egg sandwich I've had...yummmm!! What a find, we will be back and always remember this day as my daughter got accepted to UT hours later! I have a feeling she will visit frequently! Hook Em'! �

My boyfriend and I went in for lunch today and absolutely fell in love with the burger and fries we ordered!!! The burger was cooked to perfection and tasted sooo flavorful and fresh! The fries were AMAZING!! These are my new favorite fries in town. The atmosphere was so quaint and beautiful. And our server, Taylore, was so nice and patient with us (we took a long time trying to figure out what we wanted since all the choices sounded yummy). We had a great experience and can't wait to try out the rest of the menu!
Good food, fairly priced. If you sit outside don't sit ups front. Exhaust hell.
