Front desk is horrible! Have complained to office manager and nothing has changed. Dr. Marion Nolte is great, but can't stand the office personal!
I waited for an hour and ten minutes and still hadn't seen a doctor. I was informed by reception after an hour that the doctor was on the phone. I think that if the doctor cant see you in an acceptable time frame, then the practise should either inform the patient of an estimated time. It's totally unacceptable to allow doctors to believe that their time is more important than yours. Definitely not going back there. On a good note, reception staff were lovely and apologetic but I still think they could have let me know.
This is a “get you in, get your money, then get you out fast” clinic. Rude receptionists, all around bad experience. I needed a caring general practitioner who addressed my current health issues. This did not happen. All my doctor cared about was getting me into their sleep clinic because my insurance covered it. If you’re looking for a good family doctor this is not the place.
