Went in today because my youngest was having tightness in her chest and trouble breathing. She was diagnosed with anxiety and when I asked about treatment options the NP looks at my daughter and says “This is the new normal, suck it up”. No compassion. Left with no options or referrals on how to help my daughter.
we had a video chat done for my 10 year old that has been coughing for two weeks. we had gotten meds before spring break that she has now finished and still has a terrible cough.while im pretty sure its allergies I wanted to be safe. Horrible customer service—-the ladies and gentleman working the front counter are extremely unprofessional and have horrible attitudes. We waited almost an hour and then cancelled our appointment due to how we were treated. I completely understand wait times, but the way we were treated was awful.
Recommendedbeen coming here a few years and they always help me tremendously
call with results in a timely manner and don't forget to call in prescriptions!!!

Very caring and supportive NP and staff. I have always been taken very good care of and Cathy always takes the time to listen to me.
the wait is always so freaking long it shouldnt take 2 hours for a well check up
