Giving them 4 stars because I never actually went to the dealership and bought a vehicle. I called to inquire about a Nissan altima 3.5 sl they had listed and they were very honest in telling me that it was no longer available. They saved me time and didn't attempt to bait and switch. The receptionist Nia was very helpful and and honest as well. Although I didn't buy a vehicle from them this time around, I would definitely contact them next time if they have what I'm looking for.
The car was there like they said and it was very clean and ready to be test driven. The process was quick and easy. I really appreciate Milton’s help and would recommend this dealer to anyone
Wasn’t sure about my credit for once I came to Hillside auto outlet they explain the process. I’m glad I gave them my trust which is an easy and the end result made me very happy to.
Tried to sell me another car after I was told they have the car I wanted at the lot,only to find out they had sold it.

Phone call revealed they are reluctant to sell to cash buyers. They pushed for sale with financing. I appreciated they were up front about this. I do think it to be a bit sketchy. Apparently the price is a bit of a come on, and their profits are tied to financing and fees added.
I was extra excited to see this vehicle. I called first thing in the morning to verify as to whether the vehicle was still available. The woman that answered the phone stated that the vehicle was indeed here. I had to take the train from the Bronx all the way to Queens. I don't usually ride the train and there was a lot of delays. It took me nearly 4 hours to arrive to a plan that might've sold this specific car months ago....I was extremely dissapointed... but that was my experience...good luck with yours.
