I visit them I saw the car I told him I'm going to pay cash they say the price is going to be higher because I don't Finance through them so I'm not going to buy it

Completely unprofessional! Was moved from person to person and was later told they will not accept my payment method instead teied to sell me a financing deal and would not respecr the price advertised on line. A co.plete qaste of time. Car had dashboard water and heat damage not visable in online pictures.

I had a horrible experience w them! when I got there the car had scrapes on it, it was probably the only model made w/o navigation, there was a disclaimer that was on one of their other websites not the website that customers go to. so a car tht was priced as 17,000 on the net actually was only tht price if you put down a certain amount of money, also one of the workers got upset that my advisor was on the phone expressing her disinterest in the disclaimer not being on the site & he then began yelling at me & insulting me fo... read more

This place was a total waste of my time. (1) They would not let me pay cash. They said I HAD to finance, as that is how they make their money (2) They would only guarantee me the CarGurus price if I paid an extra $2,500 down! Total bait and switch!
