I live here, and I love the community. But answering the phone is CLEARLY not a part of their job description. If you have an issue, its best to just drop everything you have going on and go into the office. You will find that there is someone sitting at a desk appearing to play a secretarial role, and there are no customers that they are helping; they're just not answering. But thats beside the point.
