DON’T LET THR REVIEWS FOOL YOU! I am a single mom and went here because I work in downtown Fort Worth. The neighborhood is very nice and person Craig Peaks seemed nice and helpful and boy was I played! Firstly, they had me try to make my deposit for the apartment with my application and service fee….secondly they took about 4 WEEKS to give me an answer on my application and I was calling, texting, leaving voicemails etc. Took that long just to deny me.
