I was not impressed. Took my granddaughters there for their birthday. Food was cold and service was lacking. Had to ask for eating utensils after our food came. Hush puppies were left off one plate and mine only had 2 very small ones. Had to ask another server for them and she told our server who came out several minutes later to inquire what size side order of hush puppies we wanted. RecommendedOut of all the BBQ places in NC that we have tried, Hillsborough BBQ has the BEST hushpuppies. We always order a basket in addition to what you get with the entree. I appreciate that they have both a midwestern/sweeter sauce & eastern/vinegar based sauce. Their eastern sauce is tangy, but has a great spice profile.
