Delicious. Deep smoke on the pork. I had corn pudding - very tasty. Dad had chicken and baked beans (a mixture of black, kidney and limas) and he said they were good. They offer white, red and yellow slaw, we both had the white. It The seasoning was mild so you mainly got the cabbage. We shared a slice of the bourbon pecan pie. The bourbon was a subtle accent to an excellent pie. Well worth the hunt to find it.

After driving what seemed like forever, we finally arrived at Hillsborough BBQ. Glancing at the entrance, I was skeptical, but then I noticed more and more people going inside. Let me just say, this place is amazing! Our waitress, Sarah, couldn't have been nicer. ALL the food was delicious, including the desserts! I will recommend Hillsborough BBQ to all my friends.
