RecommendedLove the food and atmosphere. They have outside seating with large picnic tables to accommodate families and dogs on leash. Great selection of sides & 3 types of slaw. I like the brisket and chopped pork BBQ. Good NC brews on tap.
the environment is great while inviting the service was perfect the great place to eat some good food especially the brisket the barbecue is great also for their chicken and all of the other specials I have also I would recommend this place to anybody

Great food and warm, welcoming staff. As an NC native, I have many “favorite” BBQ places, but my current ACTUAL favorite is definitely Hillsborough BBQ Company
They have great food but the slowest and worst service to their patrons. We've been there many times and the employees walk by you many times without even a look your way. After you finally get the delicious food sometime within the hour, they take their sweet time bringing you the bill. What should take no longer than 30 to 40 minutes from the time you sit down, really takes well over an hour to an hour and a half out of your life just to eat 3 things from your plate.
