Horrible customer service My pregnant wife and I got locked in one night at 8:50pm. Took over an hour to get the owners to let us out. Owner female had nasty and derogatory language. We'll never go there again.

Great customer service The managers are extremely friendly and helpful. The facility is kept clean and neat. I would definitely recommend renting at Hillsboro West Self Storage.

Clean, well-lit storage We visit our storage locker frequently and always appreciate the lights all through the building. You have a very good security system, too. We feel safe when we're in the building. Thank you for providing a clean, well-lit storage facility.

Stored my treasurs at Hillsboro West Self Storage and if I need storage again I will be back. Thank you Debbie for being a marvelous storage manager and the candy, too! For the 15 months of transition in my life that required my belongings & treasurs to be stored at Hillsboro West Self Storage was great, clean, accessible, with NO mold or mildew at all in and through my books, bedding, and sofa. There no bugs. no mice and no snakes! Yes, I rented at a storage that had snakes. Thank you for all you help, and GOD bless you.

Good Storage I chose HWSS because it had indoor heat for winter. My stuff is not getting real dusty and I've had my stuff there a year. Im very happy with my choise.

Personal Service The facility is very clean, the hallways well lit, and it is very easy to get in and out. As our storage needs changed, they helped us figure out the best solution, with our budget in mind. Always greeted with a smile.

Outstanding I had outstanding service at hillsboro west self storage. They were very friendly and helpful. Very upfront and forthcoming. I would recommend to facility to anyone needing to store some stuff. Very clean.
