needed it now I had to move to a smaller place on short notice and was Googling storage facilities when I happened onto H.W.S.S. while driving. I stopped in and was so impressed by the friendliness of the counter people and cleanliness of the facility that I chose this storage even before I was told the rates ! I was equally impressed that they didnt try to sell me more space than I needed. Very satisfied customer.
Great Place to store your Stuff and get a Friendly Hello I really enjoy just stopping by to say Hello! I would recommend Hillsboro West Self Storage to everyone I know. The only thing I would change is the gate closing time, it just isn't late enough for us "Nite Owls".

Glad for Hillsboro West Self Storage I did not have time to shop around when I had to suddenly move but my husband made a good choice! I have looked for storage closer to where I now live, but haven't found anything as clean, easy access and well managed! I was impressed when the manager came out to help me get in the gate and called me by name when I was forgetful!

Excellent Service and Prices! I just moved from Indiana and needed a storage unit right away. I received fast and VERY friendly and professional service. The units are very nice and clean. The prices are the most affordable around Forest Grove and Hillsboro. I feel that our belongings are very safe because of the gated system and security cameras. I would recommend the Hillsboro West Self Storage to anyone!

Hillsboro West is the BEST! We were in need of a storage unit for my mother after moving her up to Hillsboro from southern Oregon. We knew that the office would be closed before we would be able to make it there. We called and they told us that they would open for us when we got there so that we could still store the belongings.
